340B Hospital Pharmacist Coordinator needed in Northern Arkansas - $10K Sign On Bonus CPH# JOB-3229826

A nonprofit acute care health system in Northern Arkansas is seeking a 340B Pharmacist Coordinator to oversee and optimize its 340B Drug Discount Program. Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, this role is responsible for TPA oversight, compliance, contract pharmacy integrity, inventory management, invoice review, billing processes, and internal audits. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday day shift (8:00am-4:30pm) position within a 200+ bed hospital utilizing Cerner and Omnicell.

Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) and have current or recent pharmacist experience combined with project management and/or database systems experience. Working knowledge of the 340B program is required, with 3+ years of direct 340B experience preferred. Retail-only backgrounds will not be considered without relevant 340B experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits package are offered.
