• 4-day clinic work week, typically 9 am - 5 pm
• Join 4 pediatricians and 1 nurse practitioner
• Saturday call 2 on 3 off, 9 am - 1 pm coverage
• Manageable patient volume of 16 - 24 per day
• Outpatient clinic with light nursery rounds
