Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) — Silver Spring, MD (14-week, Local)

Join a 14-week contract (non-travel) assignment in Silver Spring, MD beginning Aug 3, 2026. This full‑time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (35 hours/week) and pays $1,652 per 35-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy license for the practice state.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs to identify functional limitations and set measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve activities of daily living.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies.
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and effective condition management.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
