Kansas Orthopaedic Center (KOC) has been in practice for over 38 years in Kansas’ Largest City, providing subspecialty orthopedic care to over 1.5 million residents in 2/3rds of Kansas and parts of contiguous states. KOC has 11 surgeons and 10 PA’s in two locations in Wichita and one in Garden City. The practice is ready to welcome a second Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon, joining Ped Ortho Surgeon Dr. Matt Hollenbeck as he begins his 3rd year with the group. Dr. Hollenbeck’s practice is full and he has developed a region-wide referral base for all general Pediatric Orthopaedics including scolios. The new physician will join Dr. Hollenbeck on the Ped Ortho Trauma contract for one Level one trauma center and Level 2 Peds. All KOC surgeons are fellowship-trained in their subspecialty and hold clinical faculty teaching appointments in the KU Orthopaedic surgery residency program and the Pediatric and IM/Ped residencies are eager to welcome another Surgeon to their teaching staff. Physician Assistant and Therapy students also rotate with the practice.
