We are currently recruiting a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician.
We offer a State-of-the-Art Interventional Pain and Rehabilitation facility that incorporates interventional pain treatments, MRI, EMG/NCS, medication management, behavioral health and physical/occupational therapy.
Our rehabilitation facility offers MedX strengthening, spine program, an executive athletic club with all the amenities along with the highest quality equipment.

Three towns, first known as Upper, Middle, and Lower towns, comprised the early permanent settlement of St. Cloud.
