Practice Opportunity

• The Health system currently has 39 sites.
• Care teams include physicians and health coaches who treat a medically complex patient population.
• New physicians can expect to see 12-15 patients per day, Monday-Friday, utilizing an internally designed EMR.
• The capitated system offers a generous base salary and robust benefits package, including occurrence malpractice and equity position.
