CRNA Opportunity in Sebring, Florida
Envision Physician Services is looking for a full time CRNA to join our team at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in Sebring, Florida!
Opportunity Highlights:
- Staffing model: 4 MDs, 6 CRNAs
- Home weekday call: Approx. 1 home call shift per week (M-F only), no mandated weekend shifts
- Voluntary weekend shifts for additional pay for elective cases
- Rare call back when on call - day off during the week
- Case variety: general, ortho, GI/Endo, urology, vascular, some robotics
- No OB, no cardiac, no heads, no trauma, no peds
- Annual case volume: 3,500 – 280-300 per month scheduled
- “Seasonal hospital” - cases will vary depending on season of year
- MDs do blocks, CRNAs do inductions/emergents
- 4 day work week – (2) 12s and (2) 8s
- OT after 80 hours biweekly
- Medaxion charting
- Quiet/community hospital – lifestyle practice
