- 860-bed academic medical center with Level 1 trauma
- One of the highest-volume surgical hospitals in the area
- 100,000 annual ED visits, 1900 trauma admissions, and 3000 annual ICU admissions?
- Training site for the University of Connecticut School of Medicine
- Physicians should have an interest or experience in brain injury
