A community-owned, integrated health system in Grand Forks, North Dakota is adding a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time, permanent, and employed position.?

• 20 bed, Level II Trauma Center?
• 30,000 patient visits per year
• Join 9 ER trained physicians with coverage of 2-3 per shift
• Shifts are 8, 9, and 12 hours ? goal is to eliminate 12 hr shifts for higher provider satisfaction
• Average 2 patients/hour with approx. 25% admission rate
• 1,500 hours per year (extra shifts are available)
