An integral practice in Mattoon, Illinois is adding (2) BC/BE Pulm/CCM physicians to their growing clinic. You will be joining 1 Pulm/CC physician with an active patient base along with a bench of PRN Intensivists covering most weekends.
Position Highlights
- Growing outpatient pulmonology practice
- 7 on/7 off
- The clinic is in a hospital just steps away from CCU
- The current CCU is 9 rooms, expansion planned in 2023 and 2024
Benefits/Compensation
- Base Salary plus wRVU
- 40k signing bonus
- 30k retention - 10k per year
- Quality bonus up to $40,000 annually
- 264 hours of PTO
