Family Practice
Permanent BC Family Practice Provider needed in York, PA.
- 40 hrs/wk Monday 11-8, Tues-Friday 8-5. No weekends as of now.
- Oncall is a 1:7 rotation Monday 8 am -Monday 8 am
- Base $220,000
- Incentive $20/encounter over 5500 encounters/year
- NP supervision $8000/yr
- Retention bonus of $15,000 paid over 3 years
- Claims made malpractice w/tail conditions
- Medical/Dental/Vison after 3 months. Medical: Employee contribution of $27/wk. All dependents on policy are paid in full by employer per contract.
- Dental/Vison are employee paid.
- Life, Long & short term disability paid by employer
- 401K after 90 days – 50% match on first 3% put in plan
- PTO 20 days + 6 holidays
- CME $2500 yearly
- Clothing allowance $1500 yearly
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
