- Work 3 or 4 days a week averaging 36 hours per week
- In-house call featuring a very nice call room
- No nights or weekends except if covering for one of the CRNAs who only work nights/weekends
- Additional hours are always available
- Retention bonus paid at end of year after three (3) years of employment
