Anesthesiologist

• 6 MDs in group
• 4 MDs daily, 1 on PTO (1 at ASC)
• All MDs need to be cardiac capable.
• Average 15 ORs daily, 4 MDs 15 CRNAs
• Medical direction
• 16k cases annually
• Beeper Call from Home 1:5, PCDO
• Cases: Mostly general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, cath lab, OB and some pediatrics (ASA 1 dental usually). No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery or spine, ENT or high-risk OB. 3 Hearts/week (Bread & Butter Cases Typically).
• POS: 14 operating sites, 4 anesthesiologists per day, 1st out is the pre-call person usually 12-1pm, 2nd out is 2-3pm, 3rd out is 3-5pm and last out is the call person 6 - 8pm. Call back rate is approx. 40% after midnight, usually an urgent c-section (failure to progress). The next day (post call day) is off.
• Great group of CRNAs that work well as a team with the anesthesiologists and there is a 24hr in house CRNA on call every day that will do epidurals and respond to eme
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. 
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
