- A cohesive and collaborative team of 9 Pediatricians
- This practice has an excellent retention rate with several on staff for 20+ years
- 1:1 Nurse to Physician ratio

- 4-day work week
- Call every 5th weekend
- No attending c-sections or deliveries
- Newborn rounding
- Base salary with Partnership option. Bonus potential and a full array of benefits
