- This practice has 5 Rheumatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Established patient panel from retiring Physician
- We are part of a large network of primary care and specialty practices with 2600 Physicians and 7 hospitals
- Strong referral base
- A non-profit 370-bed community hospital with a level II trauma center
- Flexible schedule. Open to both full-time and part-time
- Option for teaching and research
- High base salary plus incentives including signing bonus and relocation assistance, allowances for CMEs, and dues expenses

- Beautiful New England suburb in western Connecticut with a population of 28,000 people
