- 3 ASCs within the practice?
- General GI with optional ERCP & EUS
- Fellows take first call
- 1 year to ASC buy-in, 2 years to partnership
- 6 weeks PTO, Sign-on, and full benefits
- Documented earnings 75th MGMA and higher
