NES Health seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our practice at Monroe County Hospital located in Monroeville, Alabama. 

About the Hospital 

• 94 Bed Community Hospital 

• E PowerDoc EMR 

Coverage includes:? 

• Radiology during the day and telerad at night? 

• Stroke Center? 

• Psychiatry? 

• Anesthesiology (CRNAs)? 

• Ultrasound (weekdays)? 

• OB GYN (Family Practice/ Ob)? 

• 8 bed ICU 

About the Program and Hours 

• 12 Bed Emergency Department 

• 14,000 Annual Visit ED 

• ED Physicians respond to codes and do procedures 

• 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) or 24-hour shifts (7a-7a) 

Qualifications 

• Active Alabama license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license 

• Candidates must be BE/BC in EM, IM, FM, or GS 

• Active ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
