Practice Details
- Providers round on patients in Skilled Nursing Faciltites and Long Term Care Centers
- Monday through Friday with some flexibility
- Team approach coordinating with primary care, geriatric care, specialists, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology?
- Clinical Triage manages on-call responsibilities from facilities 7 days a week
- Group utilizes smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
- Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives and a full complement of benefits
- Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
