- Call will be 1:4 to start and then 1:5
- Partnership offered in year 3 with potential buy-in
- Sign-on bonus for relocation and/or loan repayment
- Up to $150k in loan repayment grants

- 40 - 60 deliveries per month at the hospital across the street from the practice
