A large health system is adding a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia care in a small community hospital.
Practice Highlights:
- Team of 4 CRNAs and 10 Surgeons
- Variety of cases including general, ortho, podiatry, ENT, OB/GYN (plus epidurals)
- 4 Surgical Suites and 5 L&D Suites
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $225,000
- Additional pay for call coverage
- Retention bonus up to $75,000
- Full benefits including 401K, CME, and relocation allowance
- Student Loan Repayment
- Malpractice with tail
