A large health system with 5 hospitals is adding an Anesthesiologist in southwest Connecticut.

About the opportunity:

• 9 physician anesthesiologists / 12 CRNAs
• Case mix: Ortho, Urology, Gen. Surgery, Neurosurgery, ENT, Dental, GYN, GI, OB & Vascular.
• 1,300 deliveries and 450 C-sections and 7,000 OR cases
• Procedures: Regional, Epidural, Spinal, Blocks, GETA, MAC, A-lines, Central lines, ultrasound?
• 308 beds, 20 ICU beds, a level 4 NICU, and 24-hour Cardiac cath labs

Financial package:

• High base salary plus incentive.
