A forward-thinking, financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is seeking an ENT to join 2 board-certified physicians in the hospital's employed medical group. Huge need in the market. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!
Recruitment Package:
- $600,000 base salary + RVU production bonus (uncapped)?
- $75,000 signing bonus?
- $15,000 relocation allowance
- $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3)?
- Health, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage?
- Strong pension plan?
- PTO 33 days (264 hours)?
- CME 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually?
- Paid malpractice with tail
