Practice Details
- Physicians round on patients in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.?
- Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology?
- Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities seven days a week?
- Providers utilize innovative technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly in EHR
Offer Details
- Guaranteed base salary
- Bonus incentives

- Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
- Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
