Pediatrician

Position: Pediatrician Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and patient-centered care for pediatric patients.
• Educate parents and guardians on preventive care, child development, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards specific to pediatric care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Active medical license in the state of Missouri.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills in pediatrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with pediatric patients and their families.
• Commitment to serving underserved populations and addressing pediatric health disparities.
• Experience in federally funded healthcare centers or working with underserved communities is preferred but not required.
