About the Opportunity
- Reason for opening: Pending retirement + growth
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 14-16 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Fulltime, Permanent
- Epic EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
Total compensation opportunity (600k+) that includes the following:
- Quality incentives up to $161k
- RVU bonus is based on an annual threshold.
- Commencement bonus of $40,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
- Student loan repayment
- Full benefits, including a 401k match.
- Paid malpractice
