- Guaranteed salary for 2 years plus productivity bonus
- All outpatient or traditional (if preferred)
- Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm; 1:30 call schedule
- Waiting patient base from a retiring physician
- Must be board certified or board eligible

- $5k for relocation assistance
