Estimated compensation is minimum of $122,000.00/annually, and maximum is $174,000.00/annually.
$30,000 Bonus for Full Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant to join our Level II/III NICU Practice in North Denver, CO!
Envision Physician Services is seeking board certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and NICU Physician Assistants (must have NICU exp or completed a NICU PA Residency) to join our collaborative care team to provide Neonatology services at three NICUs in the south Denver area within the Centura Health System: AdventHealth Avista Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, and St. Anthony North Hospital. Combined these facilities deliver care to 4000 babies per year. You will work alongside a dedicated team of Neonatologists coupled with being a part of a larger care team within the state of CO where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront.

Opportunity Details:
- Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists, 13.5 APPs
- Coverage includes:
- Attendance at high-risk deliveries
- Care of some newborns & circumcisions
- Facilities:
- AdventHealth Avista Hospital: 19-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 9
- Longmont United Hospital: 6-bed level II NICU with an average daily census of 1
- St. Anthony North Hospital: 5-bed level II NICU with an average daily census of 3
Qualifications:
- Independent, autonomous, and strong clinical decision-making skills
- Strong NICU experience and skill set required; 2 year NICU APP experience required
- Self-confident
- Team player with family focused attitude
