- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Rad Onc, Oncology, Pathology, and Radiology
- PA on-staff to perform follow-ups
- Blocked OR and procedure time
- Guaranteed surgical volumes
- Breast call only
- Compensation package of 50th MGMA plus production
