Job Summary:
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in conjunction with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM) is seeking an internal medicine physician to join our residency program as a core faculty member.Qualified Candidates:
- Applicants must be American board certified in internal medicine
- Established internal medicine residency program started in July 2014
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient work
- 8 faculty, 1 PD, and 1 APD
- We welcome 25 new IM residents per year (75 total residents annually)
- Candidates with prior teaching experience and/or additional chief resident year will take precedent
- Spanish language fluency strongly preferred
- Core faculty will actively participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching of residents and medical students, didactic presentations, serving on committees, and participating in scholarly activities
