Job Summary:
Sky Ridge Medical Center is assisting with the recruitment of a primary care physician into a private practice.Qualified Candidates:
- Must be willing to focus on prevention, lifestyle and evidence-based medicine in an integrated healthcare platform
- Practice consists of 2 physicians, 5 advanced practice providers, 1 licensed clinical social work and 3 chiropractors
- Flexibility to have a mix of both telemedicine and in-clinic patients
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine
- Eligible for Colorado licensure
