Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, located in Warsaw in the heart of Northern Indiana lake country and part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a BC/BE Hematology-Oncologist to anchor the Hem/Onc services in our community. - Caring and attentive team of support services
- Radiation therapy on campus
- Support of 2 NPs in clinic; Average 15 patients/day
- Full diagnostic capabilities on campus, including PET CT
- Professional affiliation with a tertiary referral center less than an hour away
- Consultative call only; hospitalists routinely admit and cover patients at night
- Practice autonomy in a collegial work environment
- 9-chair on-site Ambulatory Infusion Center attached to clinic. Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive medications including antibiotics, iron, IVIG and blood/blood products
