Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care: Hospital Employed Practice in Northwest Indiana

Ideal candidates have a desire to work with patients of all ages in health maintenance and disease prevention. Strong clinical background preferred. Join us in providing care in our rural community. Details of Position:
- Outpatient only - General primary care practice
- Average patient load: 21-24 patients per day
- Collaborate with highly engaged physicians
- Assess and treat new and follow up patients
- Establish trusting relationships with loyal patient base
- Provide education/counseling in health maintenance
