**Job Description:**
Austin Major Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our client's hospital inpatient team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the field of Hematology Oncology as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).
- Perform bone marrow biopsies, stem cell transplants, and skin biopsies in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and potential side effects.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
**Requirements:**
- Active licensure as a CRNP or PA-C in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Hematology Oncology training and experience are essential.
- Proficiency in performing bone marrow biopsies, stem cell transplants, and skin biopsies.
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
