Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Wisconsin
Location: Wisconsin

Requirements:
- Board-certified
- Wisconsin license with a clean history
Typical Cases:
- Bread/Butter, Head & Heart, etc.
Schedule Options:
- 3 x 12hrs / 4 x 10hrs / 5 x 8hrs / Other
Call Ratio:
- 1:3 / 1:7 / Other
Position Details:
- Full-time ongoing CRNA position
- Minimum commitment length: 1 week if driving, 3 weeks if flying
- Weekly OR schedule: Monday to Friday, call negotiable, including weekends
- Call schedule and requirements: Able to provide anesthesia including OB
EMR System:
- Cerner
Practice Setting:
- Hospital only
- Trauma center: Level 2, home call, 30 min response time
- Number of ORs: 5 rooms total (OR + Outside OR)
- OB in relation to other ORs: Labor & Delivery on the same floor as the OR, C-sections in the main OR (350 deliveries, 94 c-sections per year)
- The person on call covers OB
- NOR coverage: Mainly GI, rarely Cath lab and IR
Patient Mix:
- Adult/Geriatrics: 90%
- Patients per day or cases per day: ~20
Case Mix:
- Types of cases: General, OB, Urology, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, GI, Vascular, Cardiac & Thoracic
