- Earning potential of $300k+
- Call of 1:3 nights and weekends and 1:5 during evenings
- No procedures, ICU, codes, or rapid response
- Weekend rounding
- See 18 - 20 patients per day with mid-level support
- Relocation and a $25k sign-on bonus
