Post-Acute Care Physician in Clearwater, Florida

If so, TeamHealth needs you to join our dynamic post-acute care team in Clearwater, Florida. Work as part of our integrated care team to provide primary care services to patients who need long-term care, short-term rehab, memory care, and more. Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in local post-acute care communities
• Work in skilled nursing facilities, seeing 10-15 patients per day (Monday through Thursday, 4-day week)
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, rounding on patients as medically necessary
• Handle documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
