- Nocturnist flex block schedule can be 7-on/7-off (or similar) to average 15 shifts per month
- ICU is co-managed; vent management required, but procedures are optional
- Established team of 8 physicians, APPs, and support staff
- Option for 10 - 12 shifts per month (if less than full-time is desired)
- Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2024 residents
- $330k+ with competitive salary, quality bonus incentives, and full benefits package
