Mountain View Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified Physician in one of the following specialties - Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgeon, OR Pediatrics to serve as our Transitional Year Program Director.
- You will be responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and general administration of the Transitional Year Residency Program
- Maintain current knowledge of and compliance with ACGME Institutional and Program Requirements
- Coordinate all schedules including lecture and educational sessions, clinic and consult services, and a location of appropriate time for resident participation
- At least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in a residency program
- Dedicate a minimum of ten (10) hours per week (or five hundred and twenty (520) hours per year) to fulfilling all job duties and responsibilities as defined by the ACGME
- Must be a board-certified physician in the United States
