- 7-on/7-off block schedule; days with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
- Team of 6 hospitalists and 3 APPs
- Manageable 10 - 12 patient census per hospitalist
- Open ICU with telemedicine critical care 24/7
- Hospitalists do most procedures and run codes
- Open to FM or Med-Ped physicians available now or 2024 residents
- Northern California community with a regional airport; less than 3 hours to popular Bay Area cities
