Job Details:
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- EMR / Charting: EPIC
- Minimum Years Experience: 1
- Illinois State License Required
- DEA Required
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
Scope of Work:
- Standard Family Medicine
- Patient Load: 15-18 patients per day
- Patient Demographics: Adults (75%), Pediatrics (25%)
- Support Staff: Full-time Nurse Practitioner and an additional part-time MD (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
- No procedures or call
Compensation:
