Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 6

Description of OR Staff: Fully staffed OR
Number of Operating Rooms: 7
Annual ER Volume: 35,000
Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia, Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart), Complex Vascular Cases (Except Open Heart), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management, Local Infiltration, Insertion of Central Line, Arterial line.
Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Facility will reimburse for the Following Costs? Flight,Hotel,Rental Car.

Board Certified - REQUIRED
NY License - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS and PALS - REQUIRED
Must be able to perform all the procedures mentioned above - REQUIRED
