CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 12s, 14s, and 16's hour shifts available. 10 hour shifts on weekends available. (Open to minimum of 5 shifts per month)
• Call: Call is required. In house call. 1 OB CRNA, 1 Trauma CRNA and 1 Anesthesiologist (CV or Non CV); Back up call from home - 1 CRNA and one other Anesthesiologist (Opposite of the doc in-house) In house call is paid regular hourly. Back up call from home is a pager rate whether that's weekday or weekend and this does include 3 hr guarantee.
• Supervision only/supervising during the day and sharing in evening and weekend in-house call.
• Skills required: Skills required: Endo, General, EP labs, CVIL, OB and it will phase up in acuity. They need to be comfortable with a full scope of practice. No Cardiac and peds under 12. They do heads, trauma, major vascular, general, OB. Level 1 trauma center.
• Hospital bed size: 419.
• License required: no but will only consider Compact State Licensure.
• EMR: EPIC. 
• Credentialing: 30 days. Temps may be allowed but still may take 30 days. All applicants much be clean, no malpractice, no red flags. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in Level I and II trauma centers. 
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
