TeamHealth is seeking a pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) leader for the role of pediatric medical director at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. In addition, you will join as core faculty for an ACGME - accredited three-year emergency medicine (EM) residency program with 12 residents per year. This leadership opportunity will report directly to the regional medical director and vice president of operations and will be responsible for the oversight of a growing team of clinicians and advanced practice clinicians.

• Annual pediatric volume: 11,000 
• 10-bed pediatric emergency department (ED)
• 8-bed peds ICU
• Pediatric admission rate: 10-15%
• EMR is Meditech
