We are seeking a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join our team in the emergency department at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. No experience in emergency medicine? No problem! TeamHealth is willing to train new graduates for the position and you are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in an emergency department (ED) or urgent care setting is wonderful but not required. APC candidates will be required to have current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Mercy Hospital of Buffalo features a 52,000 volume emergency department. The clinicians are currently working a mix of 10, 11 and 12-hour shifts throughout the day (APC coverage is provided in the facility from 7:00am until 6:00am). Competitive Compensation, with an estimated salary range of $109,850/annually to $136,890/annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
