A large primary care group south of Boston is adding a Family Medicine Physician.

About the position:

• Established Primary Care group with an excellent reputation
• Average patient census is 14-18 patients per day
• 100% Outpatient practice?
• Work at 1 location
• 4-day workweek. 32 clinical hours
• Partnership is encouraged with attractive buy-in
• Medical Assistant, RN, and Nurse Practitioner Support
• Shared call averaging less than once per month
• We are part of a primary care practice group with 9 office locations
• Allscripts EMR

About the compensation:?

• 2 year base salary plus bonus incentives with partnership option
