One of the largest, financially successful hospital systems located in a beautiful riverfront community in Central Illinois is looking to add a Gastroenterology-Hospitalist to their longstanding practice. This top-level, technologically advanced group serves a 300,000-population region and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction and a high retention rate.?

Practice Information

• Cover one 330-bed regional acute care hospital (fully accredited by DNV-GL Healthcare)
• One week on/One Week off schedule
• Daytime consult hours - on average 4 new consults per day
• Evening call (very rare to get a GI emergency that requires coming in)
• Procedures on inpatients as needed
• Hospitalists admit patients
• Comfortable, state-of-the-art facilities
• Hospital Safety Grade "A" by Leapfrog

Compensation & Benefits

• $600,000 base salary + RVUs
• Additional income & PTO by doing screening consults 2 days/week (off-call weeks)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $150,000 in student loan repayment
• 3 weeks PTO with instant accrual
