Hospital Medicine Leadership Position In Oklahoma City, Ok
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established hospitalist group in Oklahoma City, OK, in hiring a daytime Hospitalist to lead a group at one of their hospitals. We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physicians for this position. Although Directorship or leadership experience would be a plus, it's not required as training is available.
Practice Details:
- Private Hospitalist Group
- Compensation: $350,000 - $370,000 based on experience
- Employed with full benefits
- 7 on 7 off, 7A-7P (Day shift)
- Average patient census is 18+
- 3 Hospitalists and 2 NPs - Rounding and admissions
- Working Leader/Director (The Leader/Director will set the schedule and attend hospital meetings, in addition to their shift)
