Southeastern Minnesota based Medical Center is searching for a general Radiologist with emphasis on Breast Imaging. Fellowship in breast imaging is preferred but not required.

Opportunity

• The candidate needs to be proficient in all areas of breast imaging.
• Join 3 general radiologists.
• Hybrid schedule ? around 50% of the schedule is remote work on non-mammography days.
• 8 am-5 pm with minimal call responsibilities - backup only?
• 5 pm-8 am, weekends, overflow work and subspecialty exams are covered by large practice in Minneapolis.??
• Light workload requirements of 40-50 wRVU per day (8,000 - 10,000 wRVU per year)?
• 13 weeks' vacation for full time?
• Mammography/tomography
• Ultrasound???
• Breast needle localization experience with seed localization is a plus
• Ultrasound and stereotactic/tomographic biopsy procedures
• Aspirations
• Breast MRI, including MR-guided biopsies.
• Dedicated Breast Health Center
• A full-time breast care coordinator RN supports the Women?s Imaging Specialist position.?

Compensation

• Supported salary over $580,000 for full-time for the first two years with 10% of the second year?s supported salary ?at risk? in meeting easily attainable citizenship goals.
• In year 2, they would move off of the supported salary to their standard productivity system.
• They can come off of the supported salary at six-month intervals over the course of the first 18 months of employment.
• Radiologist productivity is assessed on a ?pooled basis? across the department.
• The earning potential is high, $700K/$800K+.
