- 60% clinical, 20% clinical trials, and 20% academics/research
- NCI-designated cancer center; loan repayment available
- Joint/Cancer Commission accreditation; visa candidates are welcome
- Relocation assistance available; malpractice coverage provided
- Each physician has their own assistant; phone-only call during the day (ends at 7 pm)
- 8 hours of sick time per month; 25 days of vacation and 20 holidays
