An expanding?non-profit, hospital-owned?160-bed acute care community hospital with more than 300 medical providers?in southern Connecticut is adding an Otolaryngologist.

Opportunity Details

• Option to?either join a thriving private practice or be employed by the hospital-owned practice
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• This includes medical and surgical care for patients suffering from complications, illnesses, and injuries that affect these areas.
• Examine patients presenting with ENT, head, and neck-related issues.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as ear infections, sinusitis, sleep disorders, allergies, and voice disorders.
• Perform surgical interventions when necessary, including but not limited to tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, myringotomies, and cochlear implantations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and speech therapists, to plan treatment and follow-up.
• Educate patients on the preventative measures and treatment options related to ENT disorders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of all patient interactions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of otolaryngology to provide the highest standard of care.

Financial Package

• Base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures
